What if my order misses an item?

Can I return my purchase?
We totally understand that sometimes you may have some issues with the order made. We would love to hear about them and learn from our mistakes. So please feel free to share your concern with us via [email protected]. However, currently we do not accept any returns, as it will be very costly for you 🙁
What if the item is damaged?
noorb beauty is not responsible for any goods which are damaged as a result of transport. However, we do ensure that all orders are packed in a completely safe packaging. So you will hardly be faced with this problem.
Can I return my online order to noorb beauty distributor of my region?
Sorry, currently we do not accept online purchase returns at our physical stores.

Are noorb gelity pigments natural?
noorb gelity pigments are derived from stones of the Armenian Highland. They are 100% natural, which makes the formula of noorb gelity colors utmost natural.
Do you offer free samples?
Currently we do not offer free samples ? However, you may be able to request free samples from noorb beauty distributor of your region. Please check the addresses here.
Is noorb beauty tested on animals?
We proudly state that we are cruelty FREE and all tests are performed exclusively via several laboratory equipment. Also, for creation of noorb gelity colors, only natural pigments are used derived from the stones of the Armenian Highland.
Do noorb beauty products contain harmful substances?
Our formula is 5-FREE. None of our products contain the following 5 substances: dibutyl phthalate, camphor, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin and toluene. Hence, we are harmless for the use by pregnant women as well.

10% of your every purchase will be converted into points, which you can access in your account. With bigger orders you receive more points. You can redeem your points anytime. After you do, the balance on your account will get lower and you can start earning points again with your purchases!

What is the referral program?
